🔒25 May Bharat Bandh? Bharat Bandh has been announced by All India Backward and Minority Communities Employees Federation (BAMCEF) on 25 May i.e. Wednesday.
The Federation has called for a Bharat Bandh over the government's refusal to conduct a caste-based census for Other Backward Castes (OBC), which
is also supported by the Bahujan Mukti Party
After all, why the demand for Bharat Bandh was made:
According to BMP President Neeraj Dhiman, we have called a Bharat Bandh because of the EVM-related glitches in the elections, apart from the non-implementation of reservation for SC-ST and OBC in private sectors. For this, Bahujan Mukti Party and BAMCEF are working together. Apart from this, we have also got the support of Bahujan Kranti Morcha.
25th May Bharat Bandh ;-
1. Why OBC census has not been conducted by the central government on the basis of caste till now.
2. There have been many complaints of tampering with EVMs in elections. Use of EVMs should be stopped.
3. SC-ST and OBC reservation should be applicable in private sectors also.
4. Raising voice against NRC/CAA/NPR.
5. The old pension scheme should be reinstated.
6. A law should be made to guarantee MSP to the farmers.
7. People should not be forced to get the vaccine.
8. Displacement of tribal people should not be done on the pretext of environmental protection.
